Assemblages
are perhaps best described as arrangements or accumulations of
objects and images with real or implied relationships
to each other.
Rather than seeking these objects, David likes them to
find him. Materials that come to him by chance are selected
for their unique design qualities and their potential
second life as a catalyst for his visual experimentation.
Each object inspires new combinations of colors and shapes
which ultimately leads to unique imagery.
